Oculeus

Oculeus is a telecommunication company that provides software solutions for interconnect, fraud protection, and retail voice management. Put simply, it is about running an online store from catalog to checkout.

It makes the most sense for retailers and brands. They also list Retail and Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Oculeus is based in Frankfort, Maine and founded in 2004. More on oculeus.com.

Things worth asking about: transaction fees, themes, and app ecosystem. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Oculeus, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
