Globalsoft1

Globalsoft1 is a global software solution firm offering total software solutions, services and products for mobile and web platforms. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Globalsoft1 is based in New York, New York. You can read more at globalsoft1.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Globalsoft1 well, your review carries weight here.
