Sun Cloud

Sun Cloud is a software development company that offers application development, IT infrastructure management, and cloud computing services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing and IT Infrastructure. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Sun Cloud is based in Alpharetta, Georgia. More on suncloudllc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Sun Cloud, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
