Software for the Intelligent Edge. That is the short version of Wind River. Put simply, it is about planning work, assigning owners and seeing what is late.

Who is it for? Mostly teams of any size with deadlines. They also list Developer Tools, Hardware, Operating Systems and Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a large team, 1,001 to 5,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.
