Holdyr

Holdyr is a telecommunications software company changing the status quo of being put "on-hold" through a personalized customer experience. Put simply, it is about connecting machines, sensors and robots to software that controls or monitors them.

It makes the most sense for manufacturers and operators. Alongside the main category they mention Robotics and Telecommunications. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Holdyr is based in San Luis Obispo, California. More on holdyr.com.

Things worth asking about: hardware compatibility, uptime, and support. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Holdyr well, your review carries weight here.
