Tax Express Software

Tax Express Software is a software company that provides software and support services for tax businesses. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Tax Preparation, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Tax Express Software is based in Boca Raton, Florida. Their site is taxexpresssoftware.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Tax Express Software? Rate it.
