Westtown Consulting

Westtown Consulting offers software solutions and recruiting services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Management Consulting and Recruiting. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Westtown Consulting is based in West Chester, Pennsylvania. You can read more at westtownconsulting.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
