Shaheem & Shafin

Shaheem & Shafin Corp. offers IT staffing, training, software development, and professional services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Shaheem & Shafin is based in Van Alstyne, Texas. You can read more at ssmcsi.com.
