Falafel Software

Software Consulting and Training. That is the short version of Falafel Software. The job it does: delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

It makes the most sense for HR, training teams and educators. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Training. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Falafel Software is based in Capitola, California. Their site is falafel.com.

Things worth asking about: content formats, quizzes, certificates, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Falafel Software, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
