Wire Pulse

Wire Pulse offers a service called Reel Sense, a suite of software and sensors for cable management and ERP systems. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Hardware. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Wire Pulse is based in Chicago, Illinois. More on wirepulse.io.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Wire Pulse? Rate it.
