Ingenuite

IngenuitE is a firm that provides consulting solutions for Oracle E-Business Suite as well as computer maintenance and accounting services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Ingenuite is based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. You can read more at ingenuite.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Ingenuite, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
