Fruth Group

Fruth is an IT company that offers document workflow, software solutions and print services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Data Storage, Document Management, Information Services and Printing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Fruth Group is based in Phoenix, Arizona and around since 2001. You can read more at fruthgroup.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
