Klizer

Klizer provides a suite of eCommerce solutions, including development and design services for platforms like BigCommerce and Shopify. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Analytics, Consulting and Productivity Tools, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Klizer is based in Austin, Texas. Their site is klizer.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
