Cyrano Video

Cyrano Video is an IT company that provides hardware, software, video marketing, communications, and messaging services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware and Video Streaming. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Cyrano Video is based in Atlanta, Georgia. You can read more at cyranovideo.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Cyrano Video, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
