Eidolon Technologies

Eidolon Technologies integrates technology with business processes in the software industry. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Data Integration and Information Services. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Eidolon Technologies is based in Perrysburg, Ohio and founded in 2021. More on eidolontechnologies.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Eidolon Technologies well, your review carries weight here.
