Cytel

Cytel provides managed IT, voice, broadband, security and hosting solutions. The job it does: running websites, apps and data on servers you do not have to maintain.

The natural audience is developers and businesses of every size. Related areas on their profile: Web Design, Web Development and Web Hosting. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Cytel is based in Houston, Texas and founded in 1984. You can read more at cytelcom.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing predictability, support quality, and migration help. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Cytel, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
