InfoGist

Here is InfoGist in plain terms. Intelligent Algorithms, makers of Internet recruiting productivity software under the trademark name infoGIST was formed in April. In practice that means keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

Who is it for? Mostly HR teams and growing companies. They also list Human Resources and Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

InfoGist is based in Dayton, Ohio and founded in 1996. Their site is infogist.com.

Before you commit, look at payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
