Dugas Enterprises

Dugas Enterprises specializes in software engineering and system development for web, mobile and embedded applications. In practice that means handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

It makes the most sense for IT departments. Related areas on their profile: IT Management, Software Engineering and Web Design. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Dugas Enterprises is based in Canton, Georgia and founded in 1997. More on dugasenterprises.com.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Dugas Enterprises, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
