7th Power

7th Power is a consulting firm engaged in providing information technology and business strategy solutions to businesses. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Business Development, Consulting, Management Consulting and Professional Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

7th Power is based in Federal Way, Washington and around since 2000. Their site is 7thpowerinc.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know 7th Power well, your review carries weight here.
