Fostec Corporation

Fostec is a provider of technology solutions for businesses. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Business Development, Consulting and Management Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Fostec Corporation is based in Olympia, Washington. Their site is fostec.net.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
