Black Line IT

Black Line IT offers IT network management, software development, and digital marketing solutions. Put simply, it is about running campaigns, content and ads for clients who do not have an in-house team.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized businesses. Related areas on their profile: Digital Marketing. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Black Line IT is based in Naperville, Illinois. Their site is blacklineit.com.

Before you commit, look at who does the work day to day, reporting cadence, and contract length. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
