Workday provides SaaS-based enterprise solutions for a company's human resources and financial management activities. Put simply, it is about keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

Who is it for? Mostly HR teams and growing companies. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Computing and Human Resources, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very large product team themselves (5,000+ people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.
