Rocket Mouse

Rocket Mouse is a technological service provider that specializes in laptop repair, memory upgrades, malware removal, and desktop repair. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Rocket Mouse is based in Spring, Texas. You can read more at systempros.net.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Rocket Mouse, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
