Motiply

Motiply is a mobile technology company that provides marketing, website, phone, and email support services to organizations. In practice that means designing and building websites and web apps.

It makes the most sense for companies that need a site that works and ranks. They also list Email and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Motiply is based in Austin, Texas. More on bizoppzone.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
