Leardon Solutions

Leardon Solutions is a custom software development company. Engineering Design and Manufacturing. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware, Manufacturing, Outsourcing and Product Design. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Leardon Solutions is based in San Diego, California. Their site is leardon.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
