Poozle

Poozle is a mobile-first job search app that matches candidates to jobs based on skills rather than connections. The job it does: posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

Who is it for? Mostly recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Poozle is based in Verona, New Jersey. More on poozle.io.
