Kaizen Analytix

Kaizen Analytix is an analytics products and services company. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Analytics and Information Services. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Kaizen Analytix is based in Atlanta, Georgia. More on kaizenanalytix.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Kaizen Analytix, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
