Archetype Consulting

Archetype Consulting is a management and technology consulting firm. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Management Consulting. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Archetype Consulting is based in Boston, Massachusetts and around since 2006. More on archetypeconsulting.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Archetype Consulting, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
