Bandwidth

Bandwidth is a telecom company helping wholesale customers and enterprises leverage communications as a tool for innovation. In practice that means replacing internal email with channels and direct messages.

The natural audience is every team. They also list Messaging, Telecommunications and Web Hosting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a large product team themselves (1,001 to 5,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Bandwidth is based in Raleigh, North Carolina and around since 1999. You can read more at bandwidth.com.

Before you commit, look at search, retention policies, and external guest access. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Bandwidth well, your review carries weight here.
