Authentic Web Solutions

Authentic Web Solutions is an IT company that renders web design and development, digital, outsourced marketing and maintenance services. In practice that means running campaigns, content and ads for clients who do not have an in-house team.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized businesses. They also list Digital Marketing, Web Design and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Authentic Web Solutions is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico and founded in 2000. Their site is authenticwebsolutions.com.

Before you commit, look at who does the work day to day, reporting cadence, and contract length. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
