Codename Consulting

Codename Consulting is a software company offering data analysis services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Analytics and Consulting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Codename Consulting is based in Yorkshire, New York. You can read more at codenameconsulting.co.uk.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
