Total Service

Total Service is an ERP software development company that develops software for the HVAC, elevator, and service industries. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Embedded Software, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Heating, Ventilation and and Air Conditioning (HVAC).

Total Service is based in Austin, Texas. You can read more at totalservice.io.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Total Service, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
