MetzOhanian

MetzOhanian is a technology consultant that provides software solutions to clients. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

MetzOhanian is based in Cedar Park, Texas. Their site is metzohanian.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with MetzOhanian, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
