Transmission

Transmission delivers ELD and GPS technology through software that's easy to use, affordable, and compliant. Put simply, it is about planning and tracking goods from supplier to customer.

It makes the most sense for manufacturers and distributors. Related areas on their profile: Electronics and Logistics. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Transmission is based in San Francisco, California. Their site is transmissionapp.com.

Things worth asking about: supplier portals, forecasting, and ERP integration. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Transmission, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
