IMCS Group

iMCS Group is an IT consulting firm that offers enterprise business solutions across various industries. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

IMCS Group is based in Irving, Texas. You can read more at imcsgroup.net.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with IMCS Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
