BroadSoft develops software that enables mobile and fixed-line service providers to deliver real-time communications via their IP networks. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Enterprise, Telecommunications and VoIP, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a large company team themselves (501 to 1,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.
