Itility

Itility is your consultancy partner for budgeting, designing, implementing and managing utility based IT-infrastructures. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Itility is based in New York, New York and founded in 2006. You can read more at itility.nl.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Itility, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
