NComputing

NComputing provides desktop virtualization software and hardware solutions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Hardware and Virtualization. They are a mid-sized team, 201 to 500 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

NComputing is based in Santa Clara, California and founded in 2003. Their site is ncomputing.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with NComputing, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
