Ozlo

Ozlo works in it services and consulting, which is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner. They have not published a longer description, so we lean on what their category usually involves.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), Information Services, Machine Learning and Mobile, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Ozlo is based in Palo Alto, California. Their site is ozlo.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Ozlo, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
