Overview Computer Services

Overview Technology Solutions is a cybersecurity-focused managed services provider with a distinct onus on customer service. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Cyber Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Overview Computer Services is based in Ronkonkoma, New York and founded in 2009. Their site is overviewts.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
