Prime TSR

Prime TSR is a boutique technology consultancy specializing in digital transformation solutions that work with legacy IT environments. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Prime TSR is based in Chicago, Illinois and founded in 2013. You can read more at primetsr.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
