Diametriq

Diametriq is a company that specializes in LTE mobile technology. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Hardware and Mobile, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Diametriq is based in Melbourne, Florida and founded in 2012. More on diametriq.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Diametriq, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
