HQ Simple

HQ Simple is a hris and core hr product. Employer of record, HR compliance, HR consulting. The job it does: keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

The natural audience is HR teams and growing companies. They also list Consulting and Human Resources, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

HQ Simple is based in San Diego, California and founded in 2023. Their site is hqsimple.com.

Things worth asking about: payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
