Manzel Express

Manzel Express is a software platform that enables community administration, housekeeping, and rent collection services for estate managers. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Data Services, IT Management and Real Estate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Manzel Express is based in Lewes, Delaware. Their site is manzelexpress.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Manzel Express? Rate it.
