Openpost

Openpost is a software program that provides the ability to create an e-commerce website for business purposes. In practice that means running an online store from catalog to checkout.

Who is it for? Mostly retailers and brands. Alongside the main category they mention E-Commerce. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Openpost is based in West Haven, Connecticut. Their site is openpost.it.

Before you commit, look at transaction fees, themes, and app ecosystem. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
