Clarivate Analytics

Clarivate Analytics accelerates the pace of innovation by providing trusted insights and analytics. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Analytics, Information Services and Innovation Management. They are a very large team, 5,000+ people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Clarivate Analytics is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. More on clarivate.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Clarivate Analytics well, your review carries weight here.
