Crosscheck Networks

Crosscheck Networks offers a range of testing products for IT personnel to use throughout the entire service deployment lifecycle. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services and Management Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Crosscheck Networks is based in Newton, Massachusetts and founded in 2005. Their site is crosschecknet.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
