Nitel

Nitel is a facilities-based provider of reliable, secure telecommunications network services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Telecommunications. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Nitel is based in Chicago, Illinois and founded in 1997. Their site is nitelusa.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Nitel, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
