TLC Computer Services

Tlc Computer Svcs. Inc. offers managed IT services, including installation, monitoring, and maintenance of third-party services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

TLC Computer Services is based in Northport, New York. Their site is tlccsi.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with TLC Computer Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
