Eclipse Users Group, UFO

Eclipse Users Group, UFO is an independent organization that provides software training, consulting, and vendor presentation services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Peer to Peer and Training. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Eclipse Users Group, UFO is based in Lexington, South Carolina. More on eclipseuser.com.
